Classical Kung Fu

  "Kung Fu" is time, energy, and hard work. It's known for it's constantly moving and spiraling energy, a well balanced system that promotes health, self-control, mental/physical conditioning, combat skills and spiritual harmony.

  Kung Fu is made up of four main branches; striking, kicking, throwing and locking. Forms contain all of these elements, and students will learn 'forms' to teach them basic and advanced movements. They will also learn applications out of the form as self-defense techniques. Weapons training is also an integral part of Kung Fu; using a large variety of instruments such as; staff, spear, broad sword, straight sword, and daggers to name a few.

  Kung Fu will challenge the student and bring them to new levels of self-awareness and personal growth.

AMAA Kung Fu is a ranked program that comprises the best of White Crane,
Ying Jow Pai, Long Fist, Mantis, and White Lotus. 
Includes extensive studies in
Chinese weaponry.
