What is Chin Na

The Chin Na Program is Part of our Gong Fu Class;  Chin Na means to lock and seize. Chin Na in its own right is a complex system of self-defense. The system is divided into five categories; Misplacing the bones, Muscle & tendon grabbing, Dim Mak, Cavity Press, and Sealing the breath. The understanding of this art is a must for any Martial Arts student that can use it responsibly.

Chin na employs it's controls from grabs, punches, kicks, throws and includes submission ground fighting as well as striking..

Most martial arts contain Chin Na controls but few instructors know them.
